- We pride ourselves on being honest, friendly and helpful – all terms for charging are given and agreed before any work is carried out and prior to payment and we work hard to give clear, practical advice to help our customers understand the work that needs to be done and we can confirm this in writing if required.
- Our prices are all-inclusive for the work we agree to undertake– no hidden extras – we provide our customers with accurate information and advice to enable them to choose the work required.
- We are flexible regarding dates and times for booking and completion and if additional work is required we let our customers know before commencing and give the opportunity to accept and agree a new completion time/date or decline and we always exercise the customer's right to cancel.
- We shall continue to provide, and strive to maintain, a clean, healthy and safe working environment.
- Our employees are aware of their legal responsibilities and they work competently and in the best interests of the customer to provide the service required.
- We employ a Complaints Process to reassure our customers that if, in the event we do not meet expectations, there is an avenue to communicate and escalate complaints.
- • In 2011, we intend to introduce our first Customer Satisfaction Survey, to gain feedback to drive the improvements we will make in our business for the following year, 2012.
